Grow Quorn's foodservice business across the South East: schools, colleges and hospitals.

What I did

  • Worked with National Account Management and Culinary teams to lift unit compliance and rate of sale.
  • Developed and negotiated investment programmes with customers.
  • Ran a home-based patch: Outer London, Luton, Reading, Slough, Watford and around.

The result

Grew regional foodservice business across Primary, Secondary and Further Education, plus Healthcare.

What I did

  • Managed and grew about 30 wholesale accounts, with close relationships with buyers and their sales teams.
  • Secured and negotiated regional tenders and long-term supply agreements.
  • Delivered joint business plans with wholesalers to line up growth targets.
  • Represented the brand at national trade shows.

The result

Increased regional sales by about £2.5m.
